h concept ([a∫kαnsept] pronounced "ash concept") was established in 2002, in downtown Tokyo's Kuramae. Hello, Happy, Harvest, Habitat, Holy, Heart, Ha-Ha (laughter). All of these words beginning with "h" exemplify our way of thought. Thus, "h concept" was born.The reason we use the French pronunciation of "h" ("ash") is that we feel the items we produce should have center stage. By adopting the French pronunciation, which does not enunciate a word's initial "h", we believe that we have shifted the focus to our products, with our company remaining behind the scenes supporting them.
